What is the motivation of drawing so much attention when there are hardly any reasons for it? It is the question, but between imagination and reality is the answer. The problem with answer is that question was framed differently. It’s really possible to use the mirror to see what it is your hands asked the Igbo? It would be redundant to proclaim that there is something wrong in placing a healthy American or any people under diagnostics, either by the Health Science department or by others with the license, and going on about the person – even there is nothing in the world of the immediate imaginations to suggest that their expectation to a corresponding to a study – what is wrong with the process is that such a person whoever innocent is victim of a different process, that people interested in any hint of damage or disgrace will switch the records of idiots exiting from T.D.C jail for instance with theirs as a way to acquire the permission to place somebody under surveillance for even up to 6 hours of the day.

The release of dopamine in the body or delay of dopamine in the brain may be induced by several kinds of drugs rich in this material component, does not mean that the body cannot be manipulated to induce specific reactions which the drugs is expected to the human body. It is the brain that begins the development of the rest of body that the way the body operates and handles its information system is based on what the brains transmit to the rest of body. All of these information or energy as they describe as product of several situations, all of which exist as a result of the body’s reaction to its environment and how it adapts to it.

The main lesson if we can draw straw from the ability of the body to balance itself is Bernard Claude but this ability of the body to regulate is considered a factor defined by time and quality of the genes and proteins. Consider that some people age faster than others, some of the same racial type or however classified age slower than others. If there are degrees of information pathways in the human body it is defined by the ability of the body to retain as much information as possible and this in turn is subordinate to the body’s exposure to circumstances of pain and injury.

 

Although suffering in considering undue human affliction, other creatures suffer from memories. If the rate of the body’s ability to absorb information is given its due attention - the growth potential of the nerves and its ability to repair itself relies more of the length of exposure and rate at body deals with it.

We arrive from this idea that the relationship between pain and injuries do not require special translation, whereas pain or injury can have lasting effect and lead to suffering, we can be sure that pain or some pain may be induced with intent at helping the body adjust, some it can be terrified human experience but an injury is not only physical, it is emotion and characteristic of deep incision into the body.

Intelligent lessons or lessons on Intelligence….What's the fall gap and convergence on this line and what does it tell you about the individual, - who he or she? Where is the lie in that line? How does SVO structure tell us about his or her past, age and time of conception? CAN YOU tell us what is on his or her mind and what the intelligence pyramid and industry influential to him or her? Came you write his or her history based on the line above and perhaps a second line? What do us some morning you are half aside and awake, or some aurora which gives you additional slumber? Any organizational structure that is using Austin as primitive name or has reasons to work for Austin and compensated by Austin is not a private property, won’t that religious persecutions are serious allegations that should be taken on a face level. This high exhibition (exhibitionism) of 'uncivil rites' its cult pornography and initiation is completely banned in both US and in Mexico and by Austin Statute and Texas Laws, all the parties involved may be feeling strong about their abuse of process but not for long.

Speaking of burning American flags, it is Holmes, Oliver Wendell Holmes that you need to resurrect since his position for and against first amendment rights and extreme speech is item that covers the individual rights to personal property, image, identity, flags, etc. You have to resurrect August Belmont of 5th Avenue New York that only lends away from the rest of us the fact that burning effigies in any reasons are material considerations for fires and intent as burning house as means of inciting public hate or similar emotions or Arson as the incidents of riots may suggest. Fact is, the changes from aging is slow and therefore not visible, they gradually accumulate and like incontinent conditions fecal edifice, these patients do everywhere and it is perfectly normal – at least for the most of it. We may not therefore pretend that some of the changes in the life of anyone should be permitted to enter the life of others, to the degree that such a person and their privileged positioned inspire social sickness whose symptoms are neurosis and the outcomes depended on actions or our failure to act in the any such circumstances.

This aspect which forms the bases on how we now generalize on others is a human construct cannot be redeemed from one solution or buried under the asymptotic panoply that one solution is for all.

All privilege is equal to one ultimate ends, the advantage.

Learning for instance is a chain of progression, a chain nonetheless. Such that what the brain acquires in a particular time and a particular stage may be subject to changes that take place in the overall network of his body and experiences, and this experiences can be altered somewhat to make reason work for many things in life especially the issue of how we see it. Some proteins have to live in order to enable the life of other proteins to continue. But the closing of the certain protein life may be due to information of available by the DNA. As such proteins can denature due to external influences other than age and proteins can also die or close in order to force other angels of a protein to continue their function.

In a long chain of abbreviated illustrated example, we can say that the protein necessary for information, learning and memory at a very young embryonic age contain and retain information to some degree not shared at any time in later stages of a man. It is also common biology that a young adolescent age of ‘cerebral cortex’ would eventually come to an end, and when such information and behavioral aptitude formed before the age 12 – as most scientist say – the Synapse had already happened such that the tender structure of the fiber neurons manages to permeate itself to such depth that 2/3 of the imbedded part of the Cortex experiences a

If only the six parts of the Cortex is acquired one layer at a time, from time of conception and birth to the time of old age and decline, then the information memory may become that parallel to the …..But the facts are too clear that the six layers of a Cerebral cortex of a child as evident and complete as those of the adult. The brain of an adolescent is as complete and as regulated as those of an adult. As such the different layers of the cortex can only emerge as successive layers of information which becomes the blocks of memory and perhaps thinking, which at embryonic level can be altered and changed, which hardens over time such that what a child learns as part of brain development before a certain age, would likely remain the source of thinking ability and pattern of thinking and analysis and adult thinking capabilities.

For instance the issue of the child’s speech regarding his or her dialect or accent may unlikely change after a period hybridization and age. It does appear that when an African America say to African that he has an accent, both parties agreeing or disagreeing, are likely suggesting to each other, that ‘you are not from here’. However hard each of them try, however they listen to each other they will always sound different, with the African or for instance a Nigerian, most likely to sound European or British than the American. Each of the part is therefore a specific quality or characteristic as part of the overall function of the brain, where the ‘organizing section’ may only be a refraction of the cellular structure of protein, dependent of the nature and quality of the genes, whose DNA structure may be affected by externalities or by poor transitioning of certain proteins, some of which should die to enable other types of protein to continue. Should such protein refuse to quite, it sends wrong messages to information RNA, and may altogether lead to the dreaded ‘Acute Hormone’ fluids. As such the ANS – Autonomic Nervous System – may be slightly altered and someone can go into long spells of irascibility and involuntary activity. Or in terms of Depression, it may just be a question of a matter of hormone and chemical imbalance.

 

Here we can also suggest that a lengthy diatribe on brain and logic begins and ends with the degrees of exposure and duration, that the best brains anywhere in the brain were achieved before 12years, that the rate at which people translate their world and others ended with the foundations of their speech pathology at 12 – where for instance once accent remain rigid for most of his or her active life – are products of representation and levels of experience which translate the logic of speech and information through the motor neurons, that with age as many experts have argued, the body in this case also loses its ability to access levels of injury and pain and information pathways and energy, and the body gradually send false information to the brain and the brain delay its reaction time. The next important aspect of sensory receptor cells and is the role of LTP; long term Potentiation, by which ‘a synaptic model for learning is the process of stimulating a dendritic spine in a dense cluster of rapid action potentials, resulting in that synapse becoming hyper responsive or potentiated’ and ‘after potentiation has occurred the pathway is stronger’. As such the primary nature of human defense system is a language of heightened attention, which fear can induce without the body knowing it which can also be enhanced and controlled artificially by the use of the chemicals and drugs. But it is how these drugs affect speech short term that enable scientist contend on the probability of long term effect of any drug to the drain. As such drugs can rely hurt the brain over a long period of time.

Robert Sapolsky in one his teachings on ‘Biology and Human behavior’ showed how the connections Cortex to the Limbic is physiological displayed, such that Frontal Contex shows a connection to the Amygdala to the Hippocampus, from the hippocampus to Formix to Septum. The connection of the Thalamus to Hypothalamus, from the Thalamus to and through Mammillary Bodies, enables the body and the brain to goes through the right process and processes of information translation. He mentioned the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) and PNS (Parasympathetic Nervous System), where the voluntary nervous system controls as it where for many cases involving both sides of the information that ‘Voluntary Nervous System’ which controls rapid regulations of skeletal muscles. So he described plasticity in ANS function as condition made possible for three functions (a) habitation (b) sensitization (c) biofeedback, all of which are part of the parameters of ANS.

He mentioned that in terms of ANS ‘sympathetic nervous system releases (SNS) epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenaline and noradrenalin) is used’. The Parasympathetic nervous regulates the blood. So parts of the Neurotransmitter involves a long chain of action potential that are located somewhere in the brain and in the cortex and each of the three major plasticity in ANS function are a final look at the brain and how it functions in the main. The ‘habituation’ which relates to the process ‘whereby the same stimulus will not have the same effect on the ANS’ can better be described from the stand point of what happens in the young level of newt, the ‘sensitization’ is the process ‘whereby a stimulus that once did not have an effect on the ANS now does’, relating in part to same theory regarding the same possibility of the brain acquiring new synapse strength, were the idea of motor neurons of say a man or woman, who was essentially blocked in the motor neurons of the brain, who naturally would act and feel anything since the trigger and information storage is missing, may be a temporary and short term incident and by that the major neuron affected is the hippocampus. For example the hallucinogen such as LSD, Mescaline, can stimulate the ‘Serotonin receptor’. And still in terms of SNS, some drugs can block information, for instance ‘Curare can block the acetylcholine receptor in the diaphragm causing breathing to cease’, cocaine of course trigger the release of dopamine hence people act weird and fearlessly. One most point like any lover of history and speech pathology will show that Gibson’s view is not too far from the above mentioned paleontological reduction on Post Darwin view in guise of ‘Social Evolution’ who is seriously represented by Edward O Wilson and Harry Drayton. As we shall also indicate that, there is a huge presence of Derek Bickerton who is not far from the above mentioned names, but may have done something specific about primate languages, is as evident in Iain Davidson writing and as her fellow masters in speech pathology of primates.

To be sure Iain Davidson cited “Referential models that are closer to the unknown referent in ecological circumstances and phylogenetic relationship are more than likely to be conceptually appropriate if there is a theoretical argument about ecological determination of behavior (Such as foraging theory) or about phylogenetic inertia.” To be very sure, we must indicate that the issue concerning the ‘continuity and discontinuity’ does not exclude what is obtainable in world of languages and writing. The evolutionary scythe of primates – assuming we pretend of the probability - and its pathways does not dwell on biology alone. We may see parts of continuity and discontinuity in history as well in languages. To be frank, what Chomsky wanted us to know is that genes are somewhat affected by environment “as nurture has nature.” This particular phrase can be accepted as true in kindly light but it does exactly explain the paragraph above.

It is still too early to implicate isoglosses as a tool in language study but the argument is based on something more evident than languages. It is even possible that more women have lived on the earth’s planet than men, and quite possible that they may have wielded more power than men, perhaps a different kind of ways.

 

Perhaps such is not the case but most perhaps we can say that the issues affecting human forms of expression is one that is developmental, one that does not survive on its own, one that is driven like language by necessity, necessity of contact and the necessity to make a clear argument about what was said, when and how. There is no basis for white superiority in science, which is why the man was not a breakthrough. Superiority or higher survival rate depends on the individual genetic make and does not depend on how one group destroys the other. One group of scientist can destroy others, but that effective fighting ability is not necessarily a matter of biology and cell power, it is a matter of willingness and determination to survive. We are talking about two different things in terms of adaptation and evolution that one adaptation does not lead to evolution is a theory that has taken biology to the extreme. Adaptation is cellular reaction or response to the environment, which is more or less a superiority of internal over the external – under certain circumstances – adaptation to an environment involves human and biological reaction to external influences such as the sun and snow and moon, adaptation is only temporary and even when it is permanent in changing the lives of people, adaptation can only affect the formation of protein but not necessarily the DNA. Yet DNA can be damaged over time due to prolonged exposure to ultra-violet light or forms of harmful radiation, but other forms of energy that are very present in human beings involves temporary damage and partial protein activity leading to new specie entirely. New species can only emerge as a product of reproduction where the smallest unit of life is seriously challenged, a change that can only take place in the very structure of a cell, through the breakdown of the genetic materials. All these can occur at some level or another in controlled environment, which can be very human in terms of selection and in terms of reproducing one’s own kind in particular environment for posterity and for sake emotional and psychological security.

 

 In this case, we can describe such decision to limit one’s productive powers to a specific kind as also a form of ‘reproductive isolation’, since gene flow is also maintained within the group for instance among the human beings of nowadays. Why some basic biological understanding is required to make the case about the quality of the brain and its retentive power, we may say that nothing in the current world of learning and studies imply that the level of learning required to master any form of language, or required to use any form of sign and function is beyond the bold ability of any group of humans in evolutionary scythe. The cognitive ability required to make such case is not beyond the thinking power of even a Neanderthal man, for many of them would have been able to speak the most difficult of all languages in the world today if given the time and training. The issue of ‘time’ or ‘duration’ required to master any form of the language in the world or culture, indicate the presence of nurture as opposed to nature in languages and in linguistic studies. We know that as far as human beings are concerned, there are certain things we are likely to do by nature, but in so far as the theme is concerned, we are dealing with Aspects of human living which involves culture, which involves patterns of living at a given time; now or previous, and it involves language as a great expression of the pattern. The left and right of this issue of ‘nurture’ and nature is so central to the themes of Anthropology that much work done on the subject by the likes of Auguste Comte, began as a form of observation of the living conditions of man and his society and not necessarily man as a biological entity. The study of man as an enucleated entity is a field that seriously belongs to Biology and Genetic engineering. It is also important to note that at some point we may

The issue we may regard as useful to the query of Darwin is the study about the study of Adaptation. The question of the brain and degree and rate of development is based on its application and usability.

We can gauge the development of any society and their psychology types by their attitude towards written language. All these and more may just be a question of sound or phonology, but if phonology is the determinant factor capable of changing languages completely, the issue about the speaker Community’s ability to follow a certain evolutionary pathway, completely separated from the rest of the world may be central to the dogma of development. The environment of the speaker community and degree of contact is that important in negotiating the age of civilization of writing and secondly, it determines the rate of breakdown of any languages. These changes are part of speech continuum which recent studies now attempt to demonstrate as dependent on certain genes, which are said to be evident in certain regions of the world, such that one speaker community in any part of the world are said to be wired biologically to speak in a certain way.

One need not emphasis that the theory is wrong, since everything we know from history opposes the theory, yet genetic study like linguistic comparative is not world history as we mentioned, it has its own history which can only be enabled to life by genetic study. For that, attention on the commonality of man and his society, which some people presume to have started in Africa as evidence and history indicate, make a very serious case for the possible relationship between the races to be evident in genetic Phylla.

Such that changes that exist between the tribes and the regions of the world may suffer the temptation of being compared and reduced to linguistic variations of the world. The temptation is very positive given the serious and very deciding impact of genetic study in this day in age. In reality it is impossible to deny that the races of Asia for a start, with a certain evident genetic material and language type, is at least different from their African counterparts with a slightly higher genetic density and rate of variations in language. The genetic material and languages of these two and the North Americans are noted to be slightly different from European and some other Caucasians races of the America, such that the languages of Europe that are relatively different from Asia and Africa, follow a biological pattern that is aligned to the speaking habits of the community.

There is also the evidence of their regional location in the world. In such circumstances, the reason for any possible case to be made about the languages of the world in respect of the ‘other’ is genetic and relatively biological, and as such the variation is only the outcome of adaptation which the permanence of certain types may have enabled. Any study that deals on this facts and vistas of sciences will hardly miss the point about languages and cultures of the world, to be very secondary to biotic and a-biotic condition evident in many cultures of the world.
