HIV Ending; 2015 Challenge, Onwuka Sampson vs the Whole Wide World ----- Uwa gburu gburu

By

Sampson I.M Onwuka

It’s their a thing as Genius? Or its knowledge and wisdom as the Greek describe it a woman, portends to one exercise, that the more you open up to any form of learning and to wisdom, the more it opens up to you.

There may be a limit to how much we can do with all the knowledge assembled, and when in situation which are daring, an outsider and perhaps someone best prepared for a situation can use his or her experiences to solution the pressing challenges of the time.

Perhaps such others with all the knowledge combined were not from the beginning or had been there from the start may earn the experience to elevate our thinking and bring an end to a situation. The situation is not different with all its measure of disciplines. When Rome struggled with reactionary Jews in Palestine during the Bar Choba wars, they sent Julius Severus to end the problem.

Was he better than other Roman generals? The answer is no. But there are probably certain things he learned in his years fighting Gauls and Barbarians in Europe. There was also a certain English man and Prime minister by name Wilson Churchill that helped Britain overcome headstrong Germany.

You have been praying so much for a cure for instance on HIV and Cancer that leave its patients grappling for life and gradually ending them, and you have prayed for a cure by God. Perhaps there are people who God can use to answer your prayers and these people especially with respect to HIV and Cancer do exist and must in the view of these author show themselves towards ending the scourge that perpetrate the rest of us.

Perhaps the acculturation of such idea as part of daily routing in life, leaves us with important things, that one, we have a way out of the current dilemma through studied process and the answer to the prayer will come differently through continuous opulence.

These people may be the answer to all your prayers since God like some preacher said, can use Cyrus or anyone to set others free or use Einstein and Bohr to solution the problems of atomic bomb which others may better with the course of years. There are several stories about this incident in the Bible, and in history, like the story of Sampson in the Bible, who delivered Israel from their enemies.

It looks from all intent of purpose that these measures about triumphs and about the cultures of fits in America or elsewhere that made these people exclusive in the society. We may not be sure that these changes transform people’s life but we are certain that the process requires several recipe.

Once upon a the time of in older Egyptian life, there was crisis of building which for many years ended in tragedy as such people built less and less houses on each or carved from stones. Then a Pharaoh decided to end the problem by calling his gifted secretary to devise an end to the problems of housing.

His name was Imhotep or so called, and it was his purpose to first analyze the problems of the buildings, that number were circumstance divine and we can build houses so long they avoid these numbers.

The result was what we now consider pyramids and the exposition on numbers which two thousand years later, Pythagoras made popular. It is not the first, second and last time that human beings have risen above the circumstances of their time to transform their society.

Men and women of genius are known to have handled the problems of the time, Einstein, Bohr, Curie, Newton, are easily among the memorable prophets, but for reach generation, the gift endures only and solely one energy complex, the guardian, benevolent and sometime evil genius of the age. For our age, the question is how do we determine the man or woman who has the feather for the generation and to extent is the application of his or her genius?

Here we can implore all great minds of this era, including the once we can offer in our generation, in all humans both male and female, boy and girl, young and old, of all Kingdoms, races, tongues and languages. Both those who leave on the waters and those who leave on the sky, teachers, philosophers, masters in medicine, religious leaders and their kinds, all peoples of India and China, all remnant of Shakespeare descendants, England and Europe, all political parties great and small, politicians and non-politicians alike, to bind their energy to bear and defeat once and for all the problems of Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV.

Last year when we made this proclamation, the author endured unspeakable public patch on his image, and without mincing words, humiliating episodes which has no meaning whatsoever and not the answer we are looking for. If Scientists all over the world knew the answer they would have solved it the problem.

Unfortunately like the rest of them, you don’t know the answer and the explication had to wait till 12th August 2014. From that explications, a solution is possible, and the answers will now manufacture the solutions by 12th August 2015.

Discovery and the cure for any disease is very difficult. It all begins with accurate interpretation of the disease and its profile. What I accomplished last August 12th, 2014, is central to a new challenge that I will return to the rest of the world, and this time I will really stand on the globe and place my feet over it especially over Austin, if the world fails to fully advance on my thesis from 2014.

That by February 12th, 2015, I shall make a new challenge which will be due by August 12th, 2015.

But this is not the case in it. It leads the best of us to say that whosoever solves this puzzle and produces a recipe for HIV should be considered the Genius of Our Time, whosoever inherited the gift from the last of the most benevolent prophet and light of our world should shine the light to the world and open the cans for us.

The Question that should occupy our minds is whether or not there is such a thing are Genius in of itself or is it a question of once attention to details and learning.

Let me rephrase, please don't think it’s easy to show departures in Hebrew language and why, or throw light on YHWH as the same meaning and philological to Emmanuel which is the same as Hammurabi. You won't read this anywhere that Hammurabi is the same as Amun Rah, same and similar to Rah Amun, Emmanua, and YAHWEH.

That these names explicates the meaning of YAHWEH and we need not be exercised here or anywhere about its outcomes but we may take from this, differing episodes in history on what needs to be said and done, and it is only this author, Sampson Iroabuchi Maduabuchi Onwuka (Hannuka) that can and has explicated on these ancient meaning.

Let me state that there is meaning and definition of the name Allah and you don’t know it, it is not the first letter or so derived from elsewhere, that RAH is the same as YAH, that the Egyptians perhaps used YAH or YAM or YAW as opposed to RAH may not seem had to grasp but to the Jews, the idea of God as preserved by the departing Hebrews whose name of the most high is written YHWH, closer to Awun YaH than Amun Rah - than any names you find in the history.

Moses was truly Egyptian and it his experiences in Africa that guided his origination of Hebrew, at a time when Hebrews and the Africans used Y for R, perhaps older than Ramesses - assuming his name and the names of the Ramesses begins with R than Y, alluring the meaning Yawesses; either high priest of YHWH, chosen by YHWH, or son of RAH. It is undisputed that Hebrew is by origin Africa and Egyptian and Judaism is an extension or a continuation of Egyptian Religion whereas Moses like Akhenaton and as described by Freud was a revolutionary….

You really may not find this translation laid out here anywhere….some perhaps for very learned people, but this is strictly by share luck and long practice and I encourage you to give thanks for such knowledge and work on it.

Since Pythagoras, some of the assumptions on the numbers has remained the same, but it is possible, that we can accurately transform the spiritual limits of current numbers, to the extent that the spiritual limits of Abulafia and Adret interpretations of the Kabbalah can be enhanced, or rewritten or edited with much opulence, that some of the ....but we shall not end there...

August 12th 2015 is the Final Page and recipe’ for the end of HIV….Don’t worry this man does have the Virus – at least at 2014 December. ‘Evil continues when good people do nothing’, Edmund Burke. Like the Terminator, HIV can be killed and defeated.

When in the past that we discover a history of human beings in what is now Italy, some preached that the people of Eboli should be removed from Italy given n their concerns during the communist era, one man with Jewish background by name, Carl in ‘Christ Stopped at Eboli’ prevailed on the State to act differently and in doing did the peasants lots of good.

At 39, Albert Einstein had solved one the greatest puzzles in Physics and Isaac Newton has finished a great version of his adopted instances of the laws of motion. Both Beethoven and Mozart at 39, completed most of their most enduring piece of classical music, so also Bach. But none of these men saving for Gottfried Leibniz, Marie Curie and perhaps Plato in the long chain of exceptional scientist who proved themes in more than one field of academy of sciences.

At 39, I can say that I have surpassed these men from older years that at least I can kick their asses in History if not in Economics, that above all solve the most daring problem of the century, the PROBLEM OF IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME called HIV, which many of them were exceptionally known to have solution the problems of their era.

Every discipline has their Intellectual Royalty but only very few of these men and women, ever displayed genius which feeder from one form to another. Even Maimonides was no Avant Guard in history, though Guide was an early view on Psycho-analysis, it was mainly for medicine.

Einstein eventually saw relativity in physics and mathematics and in all physical quantities like Erwin Schrodinger, as such may have reached the limits of knowledge and science. Yet these were men of their own discipline and only.

I shall need to say that most people would be happy to have accurately predicted the 2008 crash, happy to send the warning the Euro will not make it, happy in linking any African language to Europe given the wide berth of misunderstanding of human dispersion from Africa, to accurately show that the disappearing Egyptian temples from Egypt into Greece leading from its foundation is a chain of historical based enactment of temple practice from the 1st Cataract to the 6th stretching into the Western borderline to the 'land of the blest' and into Greece, revealing a history that easily confounded by other interest distractions.

Some intellects will be happy to have historically demonstrated that Christopher Columbus couldn't have possibly landed in mainland of America - if he did - that he went perhaps as far Florida only, happy to show that the history of medieval age is not exactly white and black, and happy to describe what happens to humans as their genes age through reproductive isolation which Ernst Mayer torched on but failed distinguish on how it exactly happens.

Many intellects will be happy to show why Darwin's theory of evolution was wrong and transform their hard to back-up motivation against Darwin into a career, and may be happy to show how one race becomes the other, and in the end, happy to announce there is hope for Cancer half of the studies available and happy for much of their existence with HIV solution or like Montagne, Simone and Gallo, made effective progress which have their names forever remembered. But where they failed, I have accurately succeeded and saving for my arguments on Cancer, I have accurate

If someone who can correct Einstein's theory of Relativity in context of Universes and correct Steve Hawking's 'Brief History of Time', can explicate and founder these interesting schools above, and try to show argue from differing schools of economics, medicine and why mathematics since Leibniz, Newton and Copernicus and Calculus has profoundly stagnated and starved human thinking – my argument – such knowledge including comparing several languages of world to Africa, showing by leaps some of the ages and history of an African language called Igbo in terms of Europe and centers of gravity, reaffirm some of the lost assumptions of marannos as Jews from Spain, that the interpretation of ‘auto de fe’ for Acts of Faith was clearly wrong, that from Igbo as from Hebrew, ‘auto de fe’ in Spain is closer to ‘otu ofufe’ Igbo for ‘one faith’ leads the interpretative history Spanish monarchy and the church to new and foundered theory, that their actions against Jews and Muslims were a form of crusade of ‘one faith’ and by Igbo in comparative performance to Spanish, otu ofufe in Igbo compares to ‘auto the fe’, I think such knowledge including experimental re-evaluation of philosophy of luck and chance between here through, Paschal, Gus and here again to latter question of risk, denying that there is no such thing as Chance and luck, and affirming that divine conscience was not without amelioration of a personal acceptance and willingness to repent, hence the beginning of divinity or duality which derives the divine logos.

In the divine logos show that Christ Jesus spoke a language that may closer to what is heard in some Western African Languages, for instance Tali ta kumi, my child rise up, or little girl rise, compares with Igbo ‘tata kulie’ or ‘nwata kunie’ meaning, my ‘child rise up’, a verity of word that has little emphasis on the gender ‘tata’.

Jesus’s in upbringing made him a victim of voice and accent, that his Arabic as injured by his years in Africa (first 12 yrs.) perhaps one of the sources of his angst from the elders of Jerusalem. That Christ was probably raised by Meiji who live in Elephantine and are called Star Gazers, with Strabo’s footnote on Sesostris II light house, makes it clear that Christ was not without the prejudice of early years than most of his compeers.

These Marannos that these were among the first to have landed America. Such intellectual warship and the very god of war should elevate our thinking on what Genius is.

If by August 12th 2015 I transfer my arguments on HIV into something more symbolic with arguments on its cure, perhaps beginning on this February 12th when and if I make such argument a Global challenge, it may be taken to demonstrate that Einstein couldn't have achieved it, or that he could have saving for what we think of him.

I shall put up this challenge to Medical Fields and to all humans looking at you, or may be not since February 12th, 2015, and perhaps invite all great minds of the human race, both men and women to champion the course of HIV for all time or have me and find cure for it, or have me Sampson Iroabuchi Maduabuchi Onwuka, steer down on the best of them from China to India, to Africa, languages, tribes and tongue in North America and Cities beyond, to America and Canada, to all kingdoms or peoples of the Global world with the answer from the puzzle.

The Neo Conservative African (VI)

By

Sampson I.M Onwuka

Nobel Prize winner in Economics, George Akerlof, once asserted that “The problem of the Black People are Black people”, a summary of the whole issue regarding the failures of the African Americans to retrain and re-educate some of their descendants, especially when the culture of representation has reached a new useful levels. Perhaps speaking from the issue of Welfare and how it was cast as a helping dice on the evolution of a better society, and understanding the difficult circumstance of creating and surviving in America. How does that work? We can suggest that primary essence of these cultures of representation is how well a positive value is shrouded in the past, and how the failures of these past reach the present through lenses of others, give and take on who trains our children and whether have a network called American Network for instance or similar general terms that offers nothing to the society but how we perceive of it, can lend a pair of interpretation to the American society and experience, that the people who leave and manage it. In essence, having an American Network, that focuses on African American lives and the Natives for instance, with sprinkling of others, may perceived as perhaps unusual, whereas this is a course of celebration and emphasis on black cultures which in my opinion now endures only differently. The persons of interest and neo cons, are those who see to remove the reason why these black neighborhoods for instance, are targets for drug and drug poison, and seem to discourage the spread of diseases by enforcing at least questionable possible behavior which are some of the very positive values of the society.  No wiser example is the issue of Washington D.C and the decline of African American neighborhoods due to drug and drug peddling. The example of D.C is not isolated nor vanquished, the raking of drugs in African America neighborhoods it’s not a one off incident, but in respect, African American neighborhoods have been destroyed by gentrification and drugs, a problem left to law enforcement who respond and has responded with jail statements, whereas the least we could have done was to show some of traditional values which need not involve the whole aspect of drug and drug culture.

Frederick L. Brown ’67 New England as regional counsel for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, in a meeting with a renowned Regis Lewis mentioned that, “your Harvard Law School education will be the single most impressive thing that happens to you…” “The best course are the least interesting and stimulating ones, what you should avoid is becoming social workers.

Without the role of African American attorneys and the principal factors of their academic disciplines, some of the assumptions about US laws will always continue. It cannot be said to exclude that some of the court room triumphs, no more than what it is, it’s a triumph that is based largely of the struggle to maintain the spirit of the constitution which grows, and from that spirit which grows; there are questions of the past. Some untutored historian may yet argue that the privileges that America bequests its dearest and the functions of these privileges are security which only time can explain. Yet time has proven its limits in failing to heal the wounds of the past, for if we accept that American has really changed, it is not for silence which gives us security with the winning team, these changes endured because United States was a country designed to end slavery and indentured servitude. The question after the 1776 was how best to end the class struggle in the States and how well to endure the problems of colonization including the false benefits of cheap and work without pay. This is not a black history either can we deny that consequences of that age has not more than fetched a history of the United States which is part of African American history. How African American perceive of this history it’s not the item at hand it’s what extent can some of the lessons from that past endure under this conditions.

In Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States (1935) Supreme Court struck-down NIRA, based in part on principal argument and complaints and testimonies from those who worked there. United States v. Butler (1936) Supreme Court struck down Agricultural Adjustment Act of (1933) to lower production and raise prices. Wagner Act – freed employees to have Unions leading to the creations of ‘National Labor Relations Board’ and their triumphs in the automobile industries…the erection and extension of Tennessee Valley Authority to areas they avoided especially the legislative that ensured electricity to outback such as Indian Reservations and old African American neighborhoods were conditioned by the triumphs in the Court who ruled that such restrictions were unconstitutional. In Watson v. Memphis, the Court ruled it was unconstitutional to restrict African Americans from enjoying the Parks and Recreation, began as a series of complain to the Court and the legislative, and it is similar to the latter day cases of Griffin v. Prince Edward County. James Meredith class action suit also began with complaint and personal…..Herman Sweatt struggles to open University of Texas to African Americans, the James Meredith fight to integrate African Americans at University of Mississippi, Burke Marshall Civil Rights Division, Edwards v. South Carolina, Gibson v. Florida legislative, were began with personal complaint and drafts of complain which were mitigated upon by process and busy schedule of City or State Secretaries but through persistent proved itself in the end.

But here as elsewhere the persons of these groups still linger, lingers on what to expect from the continued progress of the country along the path which set itself in opposition to the Constitution with misinterpretation of personal and community rights, which are products of an era long gone, gone with the injuries of the period which for some is quite deep. It was the meaning of the constitution and it is worth the review that such cultures and exercise of culture imperils the original intent of the framers. More than once, the problems of the African Americans in United States, even in the neighborhoods in which they came from, is ultimately a question of identity and interpretation, to the extent that among the African Americans are definite and explicit statements of self-help – which the Arabs consider to be more practical than Agape, for through self-help the endurance of one’s active existence is achieved within the lineage, whereas the society endures along the lines of families and communities, it is how knit these society are, may we delve the future estimates of our common society. Perhaps approaching people and the culture of these United States, which the question of the United States may arise on the detriments that false allegations and badly placed institutional laws are based on the contingency of human desires, perhaps began in good and bad fate, may explicate on its existence against the private wishes of other Americans and contingent on it, and in one word, against ‘oppression’ given the singularity of US voting and the total definition of US laws.

Plessy v. Ferguson as a land mark hearing and decision established the (1896) ‘Separate but equal doctrine’ which remain a precedent without its full implications to other judges until fairly recently. But it had to be done. It started with a complaint to the Court house perhaps, with its degree of complicity but it won out at least with a sparing from attorneys. It took an individual complain and eventually evolves on its own, to dispute the case of Buchanan v. Warley (1917) –  where Supreme court struck down an ordinance that disallowed the residency of Blacks in White neighborhoods. In Missouri ex rel. Gaines v. Canada (1938) – Lloyd L. Gaines – tried to get into the Law school of Missouri – but been turned down, he urged the State to react, they denied him, but Supreme Court struck down the ordinance. McLaurin v. Oklahoma State Regents (1950) was forced to sit in a separate place and his complaint to the court forced a court intervention and eventually ruled it unconstitutional. We may recollect the Brown v. Board of Education (1954) in which the Supreme Court acted that all segregation in School was illegal – arguing from the fourteenth Amendments; the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Right Acts of 1965, Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District (1969) all began with Complaints to the Judiciary – initially with intent at reversing misplaced constitutional laws and interdiction led to better assessment of the society. If the Federal Court for any length of reasons decides to act against such a process it could do so by seeking remove from Court process, any Complaint which for them failed to show material worth or value, or any complaint.

Bernard Schwartz, “There are, however, actually relatively few segregated locals if by this we mean that there are separate unions in the same plant or craft. A few mirrors almost invariably were segregated in the South-the carpenters, the longshoremen, paper makers, the pulp Sulphite workers, the brotherhood of Railway clerks, the Tobacco workers, and the musicians – but CIO International union rarely had more than two or three segregated locals.” (97) (105).  From popular sources as from other sources of US history of the Courts, provisions and Clerk’s dairy…Goss, McNesse v. Board of Education; Robinson v. Florida and Bell v. Maryland, Garner v. Louisiana of the Civil Rights of 1964 began as direct Complaint to the Court and not even the legislative and the Court eventually decided to look at the Constitutionality of the alleged infringement which from very old times was considered sacrosanct or traditional violation, were eventually re-considered in the light of facilities and new interpretation of the public actions on such a case…Lombard v. Louisiana…..

Of course the weightier subject on why for instance a horse of any color would still find connection with his kind if it looked well enough, accords the same that the general interest of all humanity is the enduring facade of ultimate connections.  Here as we delve the mire of deliberate efforts by landlords and my others to promote a culture at what it seems the expense of others – particularly one – we become by stretch students and participants of the evolution of wealth in some American societies. If we may yet indicate that power like the male-ego mainly witness his appearing in nearly all its concerns and for that must need the other is other cast abroad the consequence of neglect and overbearing which is hind sight is power half the apple.

The Portrait of the Nigerian President (II)

By
Sampson I.M Onwuka
"…since 1914 the British Government been trying to make Nigeria into one country, but the Nigerian people themselves are historically different in their backgrounds, in their religious beliefs and customs and do not show themselves any sign of willingness to unite....Nigeria Unity is only a British intention for the country" by Abubakar Tafawa Balewa speaking at the foundation of Northern People Congress in 1948.
The Portrait of the Nigerian President (II)
It’s the money STUPID! Not the APC dreams of winning the elections or the PDP aspirations of winning the 2015 elections in Nigeria. It is probably in the interest of the APC that the elections in Nigeria was suspended, PDP would have easily won the February 14th, 2015 elections, but the outcome may or may not have created the atmosphere of uncertainty. It however seen to suggest that the security forces are concerned about civil disturbances but to what extent and why? The question that received little attention is the definition of the Nigerian leader or any African leader at this point in the history of the world. Portrait of Nigerian President it's not one that is second to anyone, or subservient to any party or compared to any other office?
Drawing inspiration from Egypt and its pharaohs, it is the picture of Thutmosis III (18th Dynastic) that stands out better as a model for Nigerian President perhaps different from others or common to other countries of the World, for a uniform approach to Nigeria which stand which struggles with its past and its future which need to overcome some of the problems of division. The portrait of Nigerian President is one of humility and self-sacrifice, since many of the people expect only so much for him. Yet the expectations have not been exceeded by the survival of the people and the so called status of the country as Giant of Africa need a new flourishing. The man - at least GEJ - should understand that Nigerians must become a different people if the country stands a chance at surviving, be a different tribe, and must be willing to devote their energy towards building their country away from the cultural attachment with Saudi Arabia and other cultures of interest, such that the new energy of land grabbing going in Africa with Euro papers, may be questioned and may be brought to an end. Although the emphasis on State Governors in a three tier Government.
Thutmosis III lived long before the statement of Paul for new Christians concerning the 'evidence of things not seen' which a new founders from old colonial West Africa considered a theme for their new humanity. Thutmosis III fits this idea and new humanity, and he is arguably Egypt greatest Pharaoh perhaps in competition with Snefu (master builder ahead of Khufu and Sesotris II and his pyramids into Nubia) as opposed to Osiris who would been the number one - perhaps by misfortune through the interference of Isis as opposed to Seth (Thot's high priest) dismemberment of Osiris with his intestines cast into the sea, Osiris could be considered Egypt's greatest in the line of Mene (Narmer), Userkaf and Imhotep. Osiris like his elder (not younger brother) Seth, was not a Pharaoh. Geb their father was still alive when Isis was brought to Egypt as such either of the brothers were Pharaohs at this time or later. Horus' revenge against Seth was perhaps due to the death of Isis in the hands or at the command of Seth.
Greatness is a personal endowment and product of individual experience and resourcefulness, but an interpreted model it's perhaps a product of the official processes involved in discharge of duty, and in this case, the unifying energies of Mene, triumphs of Ramses II, humanity of Sesotris I and II, majesty of Amenhotep, and decided nature of Hatsheput all combine to inspire visions of leadership or any country and its authority. One person whose history shines and stands out is Tutmosis III and to a extent Snefu, and to this special attention is the preeminence of Amosis I, younger brother to Tartas (Tyreon) and Pharaoh of Thebes who renegade on Avaris on a suicide mission and ended up creating a new Egypt and 18th dynastic. It took Egypt many years to fashion out a country from several African tribes or families of large and extensive existence which coalesced into tribes and then a country, and in large and small definition, Nigeria and what I conceive as new visions for West Africa cannot be spared of the charge and the expectations of their offices or society severed from its destiny. This for me and perhaps all Nigerians begins with a Portrait of a Nigerian President.
Perhaps Ramses II (19th Dynastic) would have served a better model for a Nigerian President, but given his reputations for war and his diplomatic skills, his propaganda materials robs him of his actual material in the annals of the Greatest.
Washington D.C
But listening to Anthony Ogbo on this situation, he maintained that about 30% of PVC cards for many voters in the South-East and South-South and the workers for the poles in the North are yet to return hence the reason for the postponement. It is still possible that PDP under the sweating problems of Islamic fundamentals would have still carried the day since all expectations of better President somehow converge on GEJ with all his many faults. BUT who doesn't have? In the last elections, 2011, many of the PVC cards in the South-East and South-South were also missing and not ready, and the wealth of resources for CARDS was quite expensive for average Nigerians. In my estimate, people such as Anthony Ogbo should be INEC chairmen or Chairperson given elections and active personal life, above all, necessary requirement for the office is meeting for people well stayed between both parties in spite of his Igbo leniency. Like Chimanda Adiche and Professor Charles Soludo complained, the main issues are not discussed at all, it a story concerning the popularity contest and Nigerians are idle on who becomes President. Perhaps they shouldn't be.

Whether the PDP, APC, or some other parties in Nigeria openly defeats and openly withdraws from Nigerian election, or emerges the winners, there are serious issues which actions and not time will solution. After the events of the first coup in Nigeria and the reaction from Fajuiyi who was Governor of West, his death along with General Ironsi Agu, created a leading conception of the negligible levels of tolerance with Nigerians all of the Country who could not afford to purchase the higher loyalty and love of Nigerians which sparked blind devotion to personal value and worth. Communities that did well understood themselves better than others, and were willing to do what was right for its society and its structure. Perhaps such issues are confined to some knowledge of our past, most perhaps, the legends of these individuals from all class of the society do not encourage the celebration of a New Country which was born with the focus on New Humanity which the new reality of economic ‘advantage’ now adheres.
This postponement will however mean that both parties are likely to spend more money in the Country campaigning for the elections with both parties accusing each other of forcing the hands of the voters. Perhaps it is all what it’s about, forcing the hands of the voters whose freedom will be tied to the central meaning and authority of the ruling party. Some people have raised some delicious issues of spending and the fund raising and it seems remarkable that so much money is going to ensure the stay of the ruling party or have APC go the rounds of challenging that power with equally sufficient amount of money. In some sense, there is no second guessing that money play a central role in Nigeria, a case not different from U.S which beggars the question on which party in the nearer future can abolish the total irresponsibility of spending, or for one of the cases which I consider wasteful spending. The budget from last year was not balanced and Nigeria face several departures from its earliest success with its economy, forcing President Goodluck Jonathan and his administration to borrow, sinking Nigeria into dangerous levels of debts. Apparently both in U.S and in Nigeria, the revolutions of the internet and information systems has not materialized, which is suggesting that addition emphasis on the revolution of political campaigns free from too much money is a necessary motivation, in that spirit, that the use and abuse of internet resources such as Face Book, Blogs, Community Portals, periodic email messages, kindle and online Tweets, and other share points to push limits of information and motivation for a candidate, including official due process space and time which prime time television should provide.
If these areas can be cultivated effectively it will reduce the temptation to raise more money than necessary and forestall the brouhaha that accompanies this levels of political animus. For all we care, there are things that a General Hospital Abonnema needs, special attention including the enhancement of affordable road and water ways which could lengthy the few precious life of accomplished or struggling persons of interest. The death of Muna Obiekwe whose family of reasonable affluent means from kidney is suggesting too much about the system and its profound cost. If the situation requires specific comparison with the past, it matters that medicine and public health its equally important, demands more than the trillions wasted on stupid campaign.
Perhaps other parts of Rivers and perhaps new and affordable housing in growing number of residents in these areas including preventive disclosures of possible virus bound items. Hospital and Medical management, and en-pound for metal equipment and hospitals for physically disabled or mentally re-covering, asylum for people consider longer term recovery programs that the advent of Ebola has more than made the difference and then there is the quality of monitoring investment, for local and foreign investment grade, particularly foreign investment group since the country is already overweight on 70% foreign direct Investment (e) and improving the 'Seaports that will require more than a fair share of foreign investors or individual attempts at re-vamping the Nigeria 34 airports, some of it is out of use.
But for medical insurance (medical insurance) to work, Jobs has to work SS2; Social Security 'make easy the age of social security' at least place the 'Grid System' and sometime in the Past, Forbes - listed five Great Investment that anyone can make in Africa but none the mentioned investment has long life if there is no political stability in Nigeria or the Regional West Africa. The damage to the housing industry is undiagnosed and housing projects promote the credo Re-denomination all these may not happen given the dollar to Naira ratio, and with all due respect to the large house foreign investment – which in real time is not real money – the weight of any nation, particularly developing nation-, is carried by local businesses and local investment and this group which are often neglected amount for the larger percentage of any economic transition of any country. Simply put, develop or encourage the local sector and you will find real time investors more comfortable with long term investment.
Once, it is the due diligence towards enabling Small Business Administration and financial bus stops, small business investing companies and Crowd, or Angel Investing are financial instruments and items that are not purchased from high grounds, it only and gradually transition from one form to another and maturates overtime. No IPOs will suffice the steps if it intends on climbing. The financial instrument from banks and from private investment or financial institutions should be present and running in Nigeria, especially now the traditional lending between business to business and between businesses to private is no longer at ease in Nigeria or in many parts of the leading economies.
The lending business should not be facing competition especially at the very early stages of such country, the current 'Capital Gap' to 'Corresponding Investment Opportunity' is out of sequence in spite of the enormous restriction on Credits in Nigeria, and in the end, start up services between the states are articles or interest in the country, and where the financial department should be making the greatest efforts. Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria has taken over new forms of administration of office and in many cases and for different reasons, the act of buying a PVC card for 10, 000 Naira in Nigeria it’s as important as job creation in spite of the trillions of naira that is used for other things such as INEC. But this is the country which we find ourselves and why?
Investment in Nigerian markets also requires education and financial literacy and under the new programs slated to meet these projects, there are much more the finance and investment ministers can actually do. We may no longer achieve any form of output in Agriculture if tons of produce from local farmers find their way on the next ship overseas. Like the President once hinted, you cannot place any form of embargo what farmers intend to do with their produce, that it was really up to them. The reason why the area of Agriculture and the production of Soy Milk and other root crops make their way to India and to Asia may be reduced to profits from exchange rate and if the trend continues, accounting for returns on Agriculture which the common citizenry will prefer any day to other things will be quite difficult.
Although the arguments can be made elsewhere about the relative failure of Nigerian Investment group and categories and about the failure of the businesses in Nigeria in current dispensation,….there are investment vehicles that the both ministers; Ngozi Okonjo-Iwela (Finance Minister) and Olusegun Aganga (Investment and Trade) have their business made combined in a rather simplified form of existence and rational, that a look at some of the structural business cycle and orient, involves part of the estimated theory and studied…in helping the growth of local businesses in Nigeria, particularly the area of Investment and Trade. Reading her latest books ‘Reforming the Unreformable’(2012), the involvement in turning round some of the circumstances surrounding these Nigerians in Nigeria, she did not make the argument that her agenda for Nigeria is perhaps an IMF program, used to transition local military economies to free markets. But in the last few months some of her tactics have been tested and some of wonder at the general accounting and audit society, which has no merited the independence or individuality of those in office.
From the regional situation and guarantee of progress, we have a foremost economic plan for 36 states and not A FEW STATES. This is what made ex-president Yakubu Gowon exceptional although for him or in spite of him, NORTHERN Nigerian military authority seem to have blossomed in Nigeria. There are various interest groups from around the world doing business in US, some of the latest fact may suggest that Asia is essentially leading the direct investment clauses for many business interest. One of which is the area that is associated with growing Nigerian businesses from local investment category of Pre-IPO, to standard IPO markets for or from the Nonpoor. Investment in Nigeria is not always projected towards foreign investing crowd many of whom operate under-investigated entities. When they are consulted - assuming they are - they sail from some underground and unheard off board-room to Nigeria, and arrive Nigerian with no intentions of buying regular shares or toe private placement, rather are interest with their papers to buy out preferred stocks in the most lucrative Nigerian businesses.
The lack of faith in the business of these Nigerians in US and Europe is part of the Strain on that economy. Put it clearly, the growth of Nigeria as an economic balance sheet, is one economic community that has a lot to do with. I mean the whole process is so easy that nearly anyone can have a field day in Nigeria as a foreign investor. What the Nigerian Government has done in the past 10 years requires no large frame and looking glass to prove their point about the country. We are suggesting that lack of adequate funding for any of the Nigerian owned but US based institutions and businesses and adding the recent war against illegal bunking of Crude Oil and drugs, there are reduced questions about the future of Nigerian Crude oil. Beginning with (a) Finance and organization with due respect to banks and the debt or equity based interest of the federal government (b) Internet Network Structure which some feel has received attention in the last 10 years, yet has nothing to offer in terms of new programs and software such as Security Software or any programs that allow the rest of us to more about our business.
Someone was asked what are economic advantages of Nigeria to others?
For sure, we may indicate that the seemingly plausible condition that places Nigeria as a poor country, it’s an argument that will impossible to grasp from Lagos or from Abuja, or from Kaduna or Kano, and we mention this (both in what is actually obtainable now and in terms of resources), that even cities such as Calabar and Port Harcourt but I encourage better argument in future with just as clear and concise argument. There is that wholesale dependence on Crude Oil and above all, there is the general lack of DEFINITION on what Nigeria truly is as a people and a culture. The definition await the right President and the right attitude, perhaps, perhaps some Nigerians in later years who may no longer be called blacks or Nigerians, who may perhaps assume other colors. It is here even at this period when Nigeria is turning from the older and poorer ways of doing business to new reality, of founding fathers of the country. Obafemi Awolowo, Alhaji Ahmadu Bello, Alhaji Tafawa Balewa, and by default Odumegwu Ojukwu didn't quite believe in the country and all of them made acidic arguments about the no entity which they describe as Nigeria. Many of them have long left the stage but the seeds of failure and of division which they planted are growing and may yet be harvested in 'grapes of wrath' or perhaps not. This is the destiny that awaits GEJ or Buhari, both of whom are facing decline to earth and gravity in of itself. The puzzle is on the question of poverty in Nigeria and beyond..."To Whom Does the Bell Toll" in West Africa? It tolls on We the Nigerians and our failures.
Nigeria is very young, so young that is not very easy to redeem the Portrait of a Nigerian President from the list of very recent ex-officio. Of course, the more recent belated Musa Yarduwa may for instance rank ahead of Obasanjo, largely because of the man's political wish for country and how he went about it. In essence, we can say that we are yet to find the Portrait of Nigerian President at least in Person and in Idea. If we rate the Presidential ex-officio according to their devotion to public duties, we would have missed the mark on the deciding influences of the Presidents.
Of leaders who made to the office of Nigerian President, three of these names stand out as political examples for our time, if not for the portrait of the Nigerian President. These men are Nnamdi Azikiwe, Shehu Shagari, and A. Tafawa Balewa. I choose these three because of the serious devotion to Nigeria and to people of Nigeria, especially diplomatic devotion. Some will wonder why I placed Shagari ahead of Balewa, and my answer is that in spite of the fact that Tafawa Balewa was a gentleman prime minister, he noted to have been very divisive in many ways and in early years of the Republic. Abubakar Tafawa Balewa speaking at the foundation of Northern People Congress in 1948, he made these comments which has not been forgotten "since 1914 the British Government been trying to make Nigeria into one country, but the Nigerian people themselves are historically different in their backgrounds, in their religious beliefs and customs and do not show themselves any sign of willingness to unite....Nigeria Unity is only a British intention for the country"
Perhaps, only perhaps the next three would be Aguiyi Ironsi, Yakubu Gowon, Goodluck E. Jonathan and M. Buhari. Some will say that Gowon needs to be deleted from group and Babangida inserted among the later three, I agree with them but at the absence of much successful presidents in Nigeria, Gowon is perhaps the best example of Nigerian President, his oversight proved dangerous for the South-East and South-South but his point it’s not to be taken lightly. For it may yet seem that Buhari is the fourth and not Gowon. But times have changed, so changed that if Nigeria in seeking any meaning hint of survival, he must take into cognizance the moral collapse of the world, a collapse that is so Black and White that they may not be able to understand the desperate security conditions of the nation’s let alone begin an Industrial Revolution.

GEJ may still lose the elections

By

Sampson Iroabuchi Onwuka

January, 20th 2015.

GEJ is not leading by clear margins at the polls and it is possible that he might still loose the 2015 election. He has spent the past few days speaking of his accomplishment in Nigeria isn key specific areas of country, but there are gaps in his personal numbers and assessment of his past four years in office. Most economic countries are looking a potential explosive elections, but this is probably not the case given the double efforts and margins of safety taken by the police. The Police is still too thin and media houses have convinced the International Committee of the total coverage of the February 4th 2015 elections. Nigerians abroad are only beginning to respond to the business in Abuja, gradually weighing their options. As opposed to Alex Ekwueme whose position on GEJ has sent flames of concerns, there are no real pointers on how well Nigeria and what are the achievements of GEJ as a four term president.

Several things are on display here in this election, one of which is the issue of Boko Haram and the increasing presence of Islamic militancy. But on how GEJ positions himself in the remaining weeks is an interesting item for the rest of the Nigeria. In a late January 20th, 2015, the President was putting his piece to his trumpet, that for

“For many years, the WEF Africa Conference has been held in South Africa – although Nigeria had requested for many years to serve as the hosts. We are therefore pleased that the 24th World Economic Forum on Africa was held in Abuja from May 7 – 9 2014. The conference was financed from three sources – the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Nigerian private sector and the World Economic Forum. Because the event attracts Heads of Governments and Statesmen, CEOs of global firms, leading financiers and policy and development technocrats, from over 80 countries, it offered an unprecedented opportunity for economic diplomacy for Nigeria.”

This obviously does not explain a lot of key problems in the country especially the proposed VAT taxes which are likely to double due to lack of economic during oil boom days. What are his plans for the currency and its violence and instability in Bornu weigh more on people mind than the economic future of the country?

In Nigeria and in West Africa these days, we hear of the 'Millennium Development Goals', 'Privatization Schemes', 'Balance of Payment', 'Austerity Measures' (removal of oil subsidy), 'Foreign Direct Investment', IDAs, FDI; Foreign Direct Investment', 'Debt Crisis', but all of these are IMF measures which Nigeria that is U.S centered has no real party.  But these Schemes exist and part of Nigerian politics and part of the Nigerian running of their plans for BETTER LIFE. These programs have transition in Nigeria, but what are the key alternatives?

This better life the case of Argentina and Mexico, like Brazil of the 70's and Korea of 70's, will not be achieved under these programs that are run by IMF. Part of these measures is that it leads to sometime when benefitting, and we are tempted to ask how can a transition from one program to another take place, for it seems that the process of Free Trade agreement exercising itself in Europe and now the North America, usually leads to the lands of regional exchange and single currency. In proper light, the measure at work is similar to EU, compared from every angle, it is similar to the future ideas of regional government and higher penetration of existing Companies.

Speaking of the politics, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, who is battling the insurgence, the Boko Haram may have 'started' by the support of AUST; African University of Science and Technology and the promise to help Nigerian the Film Industry with a 3 Billion Naira, is supposed to be a welcome news. But there are few rebuttal on how the project is going and what he intends to do about. Putting Buhari in very negative is not entirely pushing the issue or misrepresenting, but there are serious issues of security concern in Nigeria which the President has failed to address, which perhaps it’s due to the choice of his ministers and administrative of process than his visions for the country.

What exactly are his visions? And how does it differ from Buhari’s?

This new visions of the country I think is where we are having problems; the role of Nigerian as a permanent UN Peace Keeping force, and the economic importance of being a regional power house in West Africa and Africa.

He has also began work on Electric Power Authority; NEPA and has signed new contracts concerning the Rail Roads, all to be settled in dollars. Under his leadership Nigeria received all sorts of incentives and in the riverside areas of South-South, there is an international help, some from World Bank in tackling the problems associated with growth over these areas.

January 21st 2015

GEJ may still lose the 2015 election, but it is not obvious in his recent writing or do we pretend that it may seem we rather have him in office than try a new hand who may or may not be General Buhari. But Buhari is not a new hand, which both rest the fears and also the problem since records are controlling political influences. Under the difficult vise of GEJ recent speeches and his trumpeting, where he pointed out that,

“Under our watch, Nigeria’s economy became the largest in Africa. Our economy is also one of the fastest growing in Africa and among the emerging markets. This finding is based on external reports by institutions such as the Africa Development Bank (AfDB), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).” Goodluck Ebele Jonathan trumpeting his records on Achievement on January 21st 2015. For a country with 30% of the population under employed or unemployed, I think it is rather difficult execution of argument, given above all that the country during the military rule did not suffer the wealth of unemployment in terms numbers from the last decade. Times have changed, and Nigeria also. Abuja in the 70’s and 80’s was a state with fewer than 100 thousand people but since the turn of 1990’s, the population in Abuja has blossomed into a 1.2 million Capital City let alone other in the neighboring surrounding.

In the past, at least at the beginning of the 1960, Nigeria has a total of 63 million people which was considered enormous in terms of the shrinking numbers among the Africans in West Africa. But today, Nigeria has a total of 170 million which means more overhead taxes, resources ahead of the age of military where the taxes and IRS now unconstitutionally based in one State; Lagos, didn't exist. IRS was no effective in the 80’s Nigeria.

President Jonathan was gifted many economic opportunity and he has not woefully failed in capitalizing on it. But it seems that the way he is pushing his political agenda and reelection could have ended Boko Haram in a matter of months. He could have also ended some on the problems of employment in the Country. He is leading a political revolution which is not the same as economic revolution, but how clear these revolution are, is up to the National Observer.

In the past, a barrel of crude oil cost less than $20 @ barrel, but in this age and up to the last few months, a barrel of crude oil peaked @$90 a barrel and Grade A Crude oil, for instance Bonny light went as much $120.00 @barrel. All these happened under GEJ who has not moved the country forward from the problems of economic stagnation which was experienced in many parts of the Country and not in Lagos, Abuja and Kano, but cannot be accused of failing to meet individual efforts in changing the face of the Country since he is one person not the whole country.

One man or one woman can decide the fate of a nation, perhaps where Nigeria is meeting that the need leaders in all classes of respect.

How well this happens is between what Nigerians living in Nigeria think of GEJ and if they believe he is worth another four years in office.

That GEJ is underestimated in reasonably clear, that he is not willing to lose power back to the military and the North is also obvious. The military and the North is not same thing. But how clear his intentions are is still a question of the ages, but by February 4th, in the year of our lord 2015, Nigerians will decide on it.

In other words, the country should be shelved the angry exercises of power, made more sinister by attacks on Buhari's WAEC records, a local and street gaming that GEJ is sure Buhari is not suited for ; their weak points.

(II)

Buhari responding to the attacks on his WAEC results which members of the military once mentioned is not in their records, in his defense and clearing of the issue, that “...although the ruling party may want to wish this away, the issue in this campaign cannot be my certificate which I obtained 53 years ago. The issues are the scandalous level of unemployment of millions of our young people, the state of insecurity, the pervasive official corruption which has impoverished our people and the lack of concern of the government for anything other than the retention of power at all costs.”

This is not a General that wants to make history or seeking to make a name for himself, this is a former Army General seeking to finish what he thinks it’s necessary for his country and GEJ probably know it and take him seriously. Either we can presume that GEJ was promoting the problems of insecurity to tie it to Buhari or he has the wisdom to suggest that people are still not comfortable with Northern Rule, that administrative ability is still a political revolution with a twist that is not the same as Obasanjo's.

It is very difficult to overcome some of the biases associated with General Buhari especially the role of the North in military formative of Nigeria and Nigerians, especially with hints of military return to power. But faced with the higher challenges of leadership or opposition to leadership, we have serious issues at the heart of his campaign party and office. It is meeting to suggest that General may be the right leader to lead Nigeria, but perhaps, just perhaps, his time has not come.

In the redeeming years of GEJ administrative office, we can suggest that Buhari should see GEJ as a clearing factor for a presidency that must direct the future of the country, perhaps, just perhaps from 2019 and the 2020, unless Nigerians say differently. Some may argue that the night is falling fast on Buhari and GEJ may insure that he does not return, of course this was the same trap the military fell into in the 70’s and through the 80’s. In the end, if there is an end, how well this happens comes down to the people who will vote.

January 22, 2015

Goodluck E. Jonathan may still lose the 2015 election, which he did not mention or describe in a short precise on Health and Medical advancement, for his January 22, 2015. GEJ specified that,

“This administration’s strides in medical science are hardly celebrated. Recently a team of Nigerian scientists led by Dauda Oladepo of the International Institute for Pharmaceutical Research and Development (NIPRD) and sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Health, discovered CD4 Lymphocyte baseline for testing people living with HIV/AIDS. The effort is all the more remarkable because it was funded by the Federal Ministry of Health and its findings are particularly useful to the Nigerian environment. The discovery is very vital to monitoring and managing the disease progression in infected people.”

For the records, the man in question, Dauda Oladepo, who is claimed to have discovered ‘CD4 Lymphocyte baseline for testing people living with HIV/AIDS’ may be shooting the air, for all we know, the lymphocytes are a special tumor cells whose map has been the course of significant study in US and France. It is possible that Dauda Oladepo achieved modification but it is hardly the case that he discovered this baseline. Yet due respect should be given to NIPRD; Nigerian Institute for Pharmaceutical Research and Development and the Federal Ministry of Health for providing adequate resources to cover HIV project in Nigeria especially on how it .

GEJ administration has often faced the problem of accountability. Federal Ministry of Health has done more for interest of many so-called scientist entered this Nigerian waters and made away with a lot of money and resources for HIV researches. The problem GEJ has encountered in the long chain of administration of process is the serious problems of accountability.

Hospital and Medical management, warehouses for metal equipment and hospitals for physically disabled or mentally re-covering are very short in Nigeria and in many parts of West Africa. The question which we must answer is what is the opportunity cost of Ebola Virus in Nigeria and West Africa where a percentage of the $334 million dollars wasted by the UN on Ebola could have enabled a better preventive program than treating Ebola or other pandemic? Whereas Nigeria can make the argument that the health resources available in Nigeria is the problem of its social circumstances and education level, we can suggest that awareness on HIV for instance has helped to slow down the profligate Virus.

It does not suggest that the Federal Ministry of Health has not done anything in combating issue of pipe borne water and water diseases. Providing alternative to tap water is really a private industries incentive and not a product of the Government.

National attention of asylum for people considered for longer term recovery programs are hard to find, it will also suggest that the many deaths that occur every day in the inner Cities of Lagos for instance are not unconnected to Medical resources. Lack of good and running hospitals covering half the needs of the general population in Nigeria may have resulted from expensive purchase of medical drugs and treatment, use and abuse of needles.

The issue of quality of monitoring investment in medical based companies and health care resources, the motivation for local and foreign investment grade particularly in foreign investment groups with launched IPOs are the problems Nigeria may be facing in the futures, especially, since the country is already overweight on 70% foreign direct Investment. Health administration at least on nursing level, improving the Seaports will require more than a fair share of foreign investors or individual attempts at re-vamping the Nigeria 34 airports, some of it is out of use.

But for medical insurance (medical insurance) to work in Nigeria (GEJ did not mention), Jobs has to work which is the only to sustain the new cash injection into the SS; Social Security. Ambulance and medical scanning equipment are a different matter. Medical Insurance need to take a higher percentage of GEJ health plan. At least the introduction of the 'Grid System' ended the syndrome anonymous deaths and the expansion of the Nigerian Pension Funds may life burden of healthcare.

The long and lingering cases of HIV and the demands for lab based for clinics throughout the bandwidth of Nigeria, beginning from local government through to the Federal level will be hard to meet under any special and current circumstances.

Forbes listed five Great Investment that anyone can make in Africa but the list did not include Medical equipment and accessories which are supposedly hard to find in many parts of the world, but for the fact that the psychology of health is associated with wealth in Nigeria and in Third World and not necessarily associated with rights and responsibility of the Government, the job has shifted elsewhere so also the medical practice.

The campaign teams of Buhari and GEJ must meet this idea differently.

Enough credit has to this administration on how their Medical team responded to the problems of Ebola Virus and how it kept it our harms. But this is not enough, especially under the suspicion that Ebola made it to West Africa in the first place, above, there are material issues of the individual excellence in the affairs of the Federal Ministry of Health. If we compare the conditions of health service in Nigeria in 2015 to Health Services in 1985, the country lost 30 years.

Medical Investment has long life if there are no political instability in Nigeria or the Regional West Africa. It is expensive when there are no insurance coverage.

This receipt does not mean that Nigerians or Africans who are pretty much struggling from day one in the States or Canada and who even constitute worker parasites; deferred employment certiorari and qualification (odd jobs), should be given free hands on managing these resources redeemed rom Crude oil basket, or engage in charity without losing their formal reasons in being in the States, or have these investments so removed from US or similar country of interest and domain that Nigerians or African will enrich their existence away from public accounting to shareholders, or business conducted without explication to Nigeria or anywhere else without due recourse to profit meeting for market standards.

In essence, US can't be forced to train and feed these Nigerians who irrespective of their standing agreement before coming to these states, bound by tax paying, or inheritance clause affecting new migrants, are dead set to participate in their new country and new economy. That Nigeria or any African country can in respective levels of transactions with United States or any country of interest, be expected to support the future growth of these Americas and the countries, then the go-between persons of interest who reside there, here, born here or anywhere, have short and long term business interest in these United States, should participate in the estimate of these countries.

The Sovereign Wealth of these Nigerians in the United States is separate accounting and should not be compromised or misunderstood. Nigerians overseas suffer the most due to lack of organizational structure, rely on public employment or private interest in medicine, for instance, sojourners from Africa and Nigeria, easily turn their attention to CPA and Medical Careers, public and home health jobs, all of which are fine American job opportunities to take advantage of but rely mainly on Government benefits and insurance. These Nigerians like Caribbean American before them, are happy to be paid peanut wages which by American Standards is poverty level which ensures without public acknowledgment is a cyclical trap that makes it difficult for Nigerians or Africans to barely make it into working class Americans.

The game play is to expand the future of the United States through consolidation which may not necessarily extent to these Nigerians except through the especial assistance of the rest of the population. Whereas these men and women from Nigeria or Africa, with serious education background do not mean to take on these jobs or need not, above all do not furnish any intention of lasting too long on them. In the past, the career move was to progress from CPA or GNA to Nurse and from Nurse to registered and Licensed Practical Nurse, or so others will choose, take interest in Medicine and medical studies. It is not their making especially when the chief resources are coming from their own State and old Country.  What the country should be aiming to accomplishing.

January 23rd, 2014.

“The IT transformation has also led to online shopping in Nigeria, previously unheard of in #Nigeriab4GEJ. Value of online shopping grew 25% to N62.4 billion in 2011 from N49.9 billion in 2010. #GEJAchievements” But this is mainly in Lagos and Abuja and has not helped to cultivate the habit of buying or place the burden of expansion on local production and under GEJ, the gap between several classes of Nigerians has widened. If we compare that theme of agriculture which is not easy to demonstrate from resources other than crude oil, we can see that the shift which has occurred, occurred with poor transition from old economy to new economy. Besides, the framework of many Nigerian business outfits, particularly those based in Lagos and Abuja are steep – almost dangerously to the level of concern. The question that should be asked if and whether or not the ICT from oversea and the launching of Nigerian Satellite has helped Nigerian better accounting scheme which in very recent times has seen the displacement of 20 billion dollars from Sovereign Bank.

He mentioned from January 23rd, 2015, writing that “We have construction of 500km of fibre-optic cable to rural areas, with 3,000km more targeted for deployment. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ”, we can add that at the time when Britain was still in charge of Nigeria, they covered in less than 10 years – at least up to the  that there are several lines and cables between Africa and Europe, and some under water cables like Global Crossing initiated through the ACE; (African Coast to Europe), the French Telecom Marine, and ‘with ships’ from Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN) and popular source point to a Tat Bit of 5.12 design capacity from Submarine Communication Cable completed in December 15th 2012.

“A total of 266 Public Access Venues were established in 2013: 156 Rural IT Centres, 110 Community Communication Centres. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ”, and he continued that “We facilitated the deployment of mobile communications base stations in rural areas of Nigeria. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ” If this community centers could have security information in the 800 or local government, perhaps it could make additional sense and meaning given the shortage of information regarding Nigerian information agencies and Boko Haram.

Once I argued elsewhere that in Nigeria, there are key players in the One Main line Cable and with West Africa Cable, most of which like MTN are also owned by South Africans or drawn from that Cable, in such a way that these product types that are not unlike Franco-phone countries but very much like other Nigerian new network that draw from Asian SEA-WE-ME, both groups deal with ‘cost-pressure’ (of the regulated monopolies), with de-regulation (networking), whereas cost-effective production would create monolithic environment of similar product, like similar and the same product doing fine, there are products reaching Nigeria via One Main Line or through West African Cable, or similar outfits that run the amuck from English Channel to South Africa and through to West Africa as products manufactured and delivered by TYCO sometimes require special attention.

GEJ mentioned in his defense of his administration that, “One of our achievements in the ICT sector is the provision of wholesale internet bandwidth to Internet Service Providers, Cybercafes, and ICT centres like Community Communication Centres (CCC) in rural communities – connectivity to 12 out of 18 pilot sites completed. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ” But this is not much a product of local accomplishment as they are lines of foreign investment.

“We provided computing facilities to 74 tertiary institutions and 218 public schools across the country. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ”, that, “Our administration established innovation centres to support entrepreneurs in the ICT sector and a Venture Capital fund of $15 million for ICT businesses. #GEJAchievements Compare #Nigeriab4GEJ”, it can be argued that since the auction of NITEL and increased measure of cell phones, Nigeria should like South Africa should be able to launch new share point and carriers, new security network system, new software and hardware lines, etc.

Special interest groups in South Africa or expertise in Nigeria and Ghana, or Nigerians in South Africa are mainly depended on what resources are available through London which Nigeria has no real representative. We can also argue that the in flock of foreign direct deposit in Nigeria has given false emphasis on the true nature of its production capacity that although Cell phone industries could account for some of the GDP based resources, it does not help the National purchasing power which communication and cell phones industries is not parity and a separate quoted lines for these industries are also common sense in every measure of sense. Like Ernest Simeon Odior argued, that greatest problems that Nigerian individual consumers face is the purchase power and forex exchange. A bumming ICT should make this less challenging.
